Is an SSL certificate included with the SMTP/Mailing Server package?
Yes, an SSL certificate with be provided and installed along with the SMTP server.
Are there monthly fees for server setup and installation?
No, we charge a one-time fee for setup. Further changes, reinstallation, or maintained services requires a custom order.

We are not responsible for IP blacklisting or email delivery issues in Essential package, but we will provide blacklist removal guidance. For Starter and Growth packages, we will request removal of blacklist for you.
Does Comsoft offer VPS or dedicated servers from specific data centers?
No, customers must purchase their servers from the data center of their choice.

VPS setup takes 24 hours, and dedicated server installation takes 48 hours.
